It seems like this season is the beginning of the end and most of the original cast will be gone after this season. I think I will bow out from watching after that.

Also afraid of the whole "beginning of the end" thing. If things don't soon turn around from the dismal direction it took last season, may just stop watching GA as there is a new show on at the same time slot that sounds good.

It's bad enough that we don't watch it now unless there is nothing left on the DVR.

I thought the whole "begining of the end" started when George was killed off. Having said that, it probably was when "Burke" had his hissy fit about TR Knight's sexual preference which led to George being killed off when TR didn't want to battle anymore.

I don't think T. R. leaving the show had much of anything to do with Isaiah Washington's comments about him. He's said that his character wasn't getting much screen time later on and Shonda was mentioned as not being helpful on what was going on with his character at that time.

No comments after the show being on? I watched and tho a tad confused from not watching last year, I liked how everything was neatly wrapped up except for Der/Mer's baby situation.

I still love Grey's Anatomy and thought that last night's double header was FABULOUS! They've managed to bring most of the newer characters enough into the fold that you consider them part of the family, but continue to make the original cast grow and change enough to remain interesting.

I think Shonda Rhimes did an amazing job of resetting everything after pulling all the threads apart at the end of last season.

As far as Mer/Der & baby Zola. She gave Mer/Der a "happy year" last year. This year has to have struggles. They'd be really boring if they just stayed blissfully happy. She should make poor Alex happy this year. She seems to delight in torturing Alex.

Sandra Oh did (as usual) an extraordinary job last night.

I can't wait for next week!

I didnt watch and I really dont have much desire too. Last season was downright terrible and I just dont care for the characters like I use too. I will watch but after this season or maybe before I am probably done.
