Three's Company is one of the worst comedies ever made. I can't believe anybody would think Three's Company has any comedic value whatsoever. It's like it was written by 12 year olds in special ed. Most TV sucked in the dark ages. Today there are so many great shows on, yet all people can do is lambaste the new generation of comedy as sucking. That couldn't be farther from the truth. Shows like Big Bang Theory and Modern Family are kick ass brilliant. Tell me one show in the dark days of yesteryear that can even come close to these new shows? The only classics from long ago that are of a true comedic art are Seinfeld and Murphy Brown is pretty cool. I guess until all of the old folks die off that watch **** like Three's Company and Laverne&Shirley these insanely rotten comedies will persist. Go figure.....

WKRP in Cincinnati was the best sitcom of the '70s. No contest.

"As God as my witness, I swear I thought turkeys could fly."

How could that be if the show premiered in 1978?

I really loved Three's Company - it was a great show for the time period. It was a much gentler time and the pace of life was calmer. (I can see how people that weren't even born when the show was on 77 - 84 - wouldn't be able to relate to that time period)

I was a teenager in the 70s it was such a wonderful time, have such great memories.

I'm not interested in watching actors try to portray teenagers in the 70s. It's just too werid. It's kinda like if you weren't there - you weren't there !

I got the impression they were teenagers since they were living at home. I'm not sure if any of them had their own place ? Didn't see that much of it. I don't recall anyone mid 20's in the 70s living at home.

Whoever the one guy is living with his parents, I thought he was a teenager ? Oh well

Either way - doesn't really matter.

70s were a wonderful time and those of us that lived it - remember.

But the clothes and hair sucked. The only style that holds up well was the 50's.
