I really really wish that Charlie didn't take his character persona to far.

He's too crazy for TV. Time to move on. Bye-bye, Charlie!

I agree that Kutcher will kill the show. I don't know what it is about him but I stopped watching that 70's show when his role got bigger. I do not see 2 1/2 men surviving past a few episodes.

I agree; there were a lot of story lines they could have used with not adding anyone but IMO Lorre can't just let this mellow out; he has to keep one upping Sheen & it's part of why this has gotten so far out of hand. They are both like little kids.

I'm upset they had to mess with our favorite show. Call Sheen what you want but he helped enhance the cast. Changing the cast by adding people whether it's too much Rose; Jenny Macarthy & Charlie's girl friend - just doesn't work

To me, the obvious choice would have been Emilio Estevez.
He could have just stepped in and became Charlie.

Do you really think he would have stabbed his brother in the back like that? Sure would make holidays awkward.

I think Charlie's family realizes how unbalanced and fragile he is at this time. Although he may be estranged from his family (he's said some unkind things about his dad recently), I dont think Emilio would do anything to deliberately upset his brother. I doubt anyone even asked Emilio to consider replacing Charlie anyway.

He's already been on the show & was killed off.

I'm not really a fan of the show.. I've seen it a couple of times and it is funny! I will say when the show does come back on I will be tuning in to see how they work in Ashton's Character.

I think Emilio is too old for the part.

Not a big Ashton fan, myself, but I think he can pull off this role just fine if fans give him half a chance.

It was a good role for Sheen. But he was getting long in the tooth and I don't think his acting was as good as the rest of the cast's. I had a bit of trouble watching him in his last season.

Ashton can carry off the self-absorbed, vain, womanizer with a fresher appearance. I just wish he could change that f------ haircut he's worn for several years.
