I never saw the appeal of Two and a Half Men either.

The CGI effects on CSI are definitely cliche. Perhaps we should call them "Bruckheimers" since they are common among shows Jerry B. has produced!

I LOVE law and order and SVU.Great shows that make you think about current issues.

I agree with Survivor, American Idol and Big Brother. Yikes.

Count me as someone who doesn't get why anyone likes Two and a Half Men. Jon Cusack won an Emmy for it? In an alternate universe Ducky hates himself for becoming such a square. It's not funny or clever at all. Then again neither is most of America, so maybe that's why people watch.

I TRIED to watch Two Broke Girls once - it was horrible! I have no idea why it's on at all.

The Simpsons is kind of tragic.

There were a lot of good shows that stayed on for a year or two longer than they should have. Cheers and Frasier both come to mind. But the Simpsons has stayed on for like 13 years past when they should have quit. Most TV shows, even the great ones, don't even stay on that long! At this point, there have been more episodes made in the mediocre years than there were in the golden years (Season 1 thru Season 9 or 10).

I didn't even realize that Survivor was still on until I overheard two women yesterday talking excitedly about how it was their favorite night because they could watch Survivor. Really??

That has never been a highly rated show...I think they just keep it on because they have a deal witht he creator of Family Guy. They were the ones that requested him to make another cartoon. Sadly his Flinstones remake is not going to happen so that will be even more reason why they wont cancel it.

If only he thought of the Flinstones remake before the Cleveland Show concept this would have never happened.

I think the problem with many networks is they are now keeping shows on too long and canceling others too quickly. A good run is about 6-8 years, after that it gets tired.
