I'm 64 with total hearing loss in my right ear (from childhood) and I heard them loud and clear... I haven't heard tones like that in broadcast TV, and I don't watch much cable other than DIY type shows or NatGeo stuff. It would be interesting to know if it happens in other shows, or if this was just a strange anomaly.

The tones I heard were part of the music playing!! (It wasnt seperate tones)

If your hearing seperate tones they could be embedded digital mind control programming signals....... They have ALOT of power with digital!!

Yes those Chimes are what I heard..... They arent part of the song playing under the guy??

It sounds like part of the soundtrack to me - scary, ghostly tones. I don't see the big deal. Get us another clip where the tones don't match what's going on and let's see if there's some validity to this.
