I think if Elizabeth had killed Martha in the park, Phillip would not have forgiven her, which is why she did not do it. Plus, she did think of an alternative to keep her from screaming or running away by punching her in the gut.

I think Martha will be killed. Perhaps infected with the rat disease since they'll be on the same flight to Russia.

Jaypee, I thought of the same scenario. I've also considered the possibility that she just turns herself into the FBI and confesses everything she knows in exchange for some kind of immunity. I hope she doesn't die quite yet. I kinda like having her around.

It seems the lady partner of Oleg (the one who told him she arranged for a pilot to exfiltrate Martha) at the Directorate might know something he doesn't. I get the feeling Oleg will be feeling even more disillusioned as a result and will turn.

Just finished tonight's episode. I'll save my comments on that until tomorrow - aside from saying the opening scene tonight was awesome. An immediate general comment: This is such a helluva good show there's no way anyone just tuning in could appreciate the characters, their nuances, anything that is happening now without knowing the history. Martha deserves an award - they all do. The acting is out of sight.

I pity Paige. Her mother has now forced her to learn how to spy. At least for now, she has quit rebelling.

The opening scene was awesome ... touching and suspenseful at the same time. The rest of the episode? Meh.

Can anyone explain what's behind the Young-Hee / Mary Kay story line? Is Elizabeth after some codes that Young's husband has access to? I can't recall any explanation for this, but it's fun to watch Elizabeth in suburban housewife guise.

I loved Elizabeth ripping into Paige (finally).

Ironic that Paige's own actions (telling Pastor Tim about her parents) has led her into spying activities herself. Building a prison for yourself indeed.

Haha, Stan got his beer back! (freakin Commies stealing my beer)

Paige's spirit is broken. Seven months after being yelled at by her mother, she got out of the car, without saying a word or even looking at her parents, she walked past them. When Elizabeth forced her to let her know what had happened with the pastor and his wife, without any emotion at all, she told her what was said and that she wished that she could babysit.
While some people might take enjoyment from seeing Paige "put in her place", I feel very sorry for her.
