I really want it to be Stan that discovers them. Like Hank in Breaking Bad. It will feel anti-climactic to me otherwise.

Try Sneaky Pete on Amazon. Maybe not "Martha" but certainly Alison Wright.

So, is Elizabeth going to swallow that pill or jam it down someone elses throat?

I think it's going to be very interesting how they play out Stan finding out that Philip and Elizabeth are not only deep cover KGB spies, but also the illegals he's been chasing since the first season. One of the great things about this show is how small things can slowly build into major plot points. Case in point the fact that the FBI knows about a couple who are Soviet illegals and have a rough description of them, had Elizabeth or Philip simply killed that guy (the one Elizabeth picked up in the bar by asking him the answer to a crossword puzzle, can't remember his name) the heat would probably be a lot less on them. Or how Amador's jealousy over Martha not wanting to date him indirectly lead to Stan snapping and setting in motion things that would shape where the show is in the current season.

Breaking Bad handled Hank finding about Walt perfectly, I have high hopes The Americans will be equally as good.

Elizabeth is exposed as a Russian spy and an illegal when she runs for President against Bush and Trump demands to see her birth certificate. She quits the race, puts on her blond wig, and joins Fox News as an analyst. Paige becomes a prostitute and works the evangelical revival circuit. Phillip devotes all his energy to his travel agency only to have it fail when Expedia and Travelocity become household tools. Hank undergoes plastic surgery to get all divots in his face filled in, changes his name to Richard Hatch, and wins the first season of Survivor. And Henry discovers steroids and wins Mister Universe three years in row.

We’ll be left hanging with a flash forward of Henry getting sworn into the FBI and a scanning of Phillip, Elizabeth, Claudia, and Stan’s faces, leaving us to speculate whose side his allegiance is with.

The comedians made jokes about him forgetting things before the truth came out.
