Or, if you have never watched it, this is a good time to start.

We love LOST, but think it will be about 10 years before we can sit through those cliffhangers again

The writers were great, but I'll tell ya, they sure do know how to keep a man in suspense..... Not sure if my heart can take that all over again so soon. Yep, 10 years should be enough time to forget some of them anyway...

I think those who struggle the most with the ending are more plot oriented.

I think that would be cool, however I lived for the flashbacks....to me it was the moment of reality and I liked how the flashbacks gave you an opportunity to get off the island...

I also wonder if a linear story telling would be hard to pull off...the flashbacks gave us pieces of the story, which are put together in the viewers mind, where a beginning to end format would take more time.
I watched The End a second time, and it seemed to fall together better on the rewatch. Maybe there was just so much going on it was hard to absorb it all.

Since Jack was never my very favorite character, I would have preferred the final shot to be Josh Holloway lying naked on the beach, but that's just me being a dirty old lady.

Definitely first and foremost a character-driven story.

Josh...lying naked on the beach...sees me (as a 20-year-old), smiles that wicked smile....OKAY, wake up already! I'd also like to be in one of those LOST "reunion" scenes with that music, when they all reunite and hug. I'd go around hugging them all...saying, don't you remember me...I watched every single episode...and I love you all. Ha! They'd probably say "Go away, lady"!

Am watching Lost again these days, after years of abstinence. But somehow those characters are not the only ones that are lost The characters are more or less the same ones as years ago, but the Mr. Clean guy for instance now goes around killing people, and all those flashbacks or (flashforwards?!) don't exactly help me understand what's going on I don't even know which season that is

May, 23rd marks one year without Lost!

Except for Modern Family, what else can we Losties watch?!

I miss Desmond, Penny, Smokey, (heck, I miss them all!), especially John Locke and Richard Alpert!!!

Locke: "I want my kidney back!"
Me: "And I want Lost back!"

You must be watching some part after the "Locke Monster" appears on the island. And they are showing the "flashes" where the characters are mysteriously back in the U.S. Did you see the episode where the flight lands in L.A. instead of crashing? Oh, I love the Losties! I'm watching Hawaii 5-0 right now. JIN!

Lee, are you referring to my post? If so, I miss my favorite characters, watching episodes or not!!

When one starts calling Lost actors by the names of their characters in Lost... you know one is a Lostie!

I was talking about what Neuling might be watching....but yes, I miss them TOO! It seems strange to see the actors in anything else. I keep thinking...man, he has another name, but I can only think of him as Jin.
