There are 12 weeks left, and ~6 episodes left. They practically always end the season with 4 new episodes in a row. So that means we can reasonably expect ~2 episodes to be broadcast between over the next 8 weeks.
Previews for next week showed Ressler leading a grimly sad Reddington away from a van. My first thought was oh no, Dembe's gone. Hope not, that would be heartbreaking.

Looking forward to next week. Hope the finale gives a glimmer of hope for next season being worth watching. I'm having a hard time seeing a good storyline going forward.

Dembe is my favorite supporting cast member followed closely by Navabi (one seriously dangerous woman) and I would be exceedingly p---off if he is gone! I would rather think that Red's downtrodden walk with Ressler has more to do with Lizzie's need for an emergency C-section... I hope!
