Most of my favorite shows have either been cancelled or have had their finale for the spring '13 season, so I have practically nothing left to watch. I've been watching Smash, Revenge, Dallas, Scandal, Monday Mornings, Grey's Anatomy....to give you an idea of what I like.

Do you know of any new shows coming up for summer '13 that sound great? Or other shows you love that perhaps I hadn't started watching yet?

Well, I love "Covert Affairs" which returns July 16th. USA Network also has "Royal Pains," "Burn Notice" and a few others returning.

Others I look forward to in the summer:

"The Glades" - May 27th
"Longmire" - also May 27th

"The Killing" will be back too, on June 2nd.

Also, looks like there will be some great stuff on Masterpiece Mystery:

Schedule | Masterpiece | PBS

Did you watch "Nashville?" - if not, summer would be great time to get caught up

Oh yes, I've seen every episode of Nashville! I forgot to include that on my list!

Thank you sooo much for your recommendations! I've actually never heard of any of them. There are so many channels these days it's hard to keep up with what's on!

The second half of Season 4 of Warehouse 13 has started. We also missed most of the second half of the season for both Person of Interest and Hawaii Five-0, due to conflicts, so we'll catch those in reruns.

In addition to that, this summer we're recording (though not necessarily watching):

5/27/2013 9:00 PM Glades
6/6/2013 9:00 PM Burn Notice
6/7/2013 10:00 PM Continuum
6/9/2013 9:00 PM Falling Skies
6/10/2013 9:00 PM Major Crimes
6/10/2013 10:00 PM King & Maxwell
6/12/2013 9:00 PM Royal Pains
6/24/2013 10:00 PM Under the Dome
6/25/2013 9:00 PM Rizzoli & Isles
6/25/2013 10:00 PM Perception
7/16/2013 10:01 PM Covert Affairs

"Under the Dome" looks like it could be a good one. I wish the networks did this sort of thing more often. It may not have been great, but what a guilty pleasure "Harper's Island" turned out to be a few summers back.

I remember Harper's Island. I loved it at first, but thought it was a letdown overall.

I'll be checking this thread for summer shows as well and may get watch Nashville at some point. It seemed good, but I wasn't sure if there was a lot of country music in it, so I passed.

There are usually 2 or 3 full length songs in an episode. I'm not a country music fan, but I love the show, and I'm even enjoying the music! Maybe that's because the songs are a part of the characters and the story line, so they are much more meaningful than just hearing a random country song on the radio.
