Yes, I know they were born American but they grew up in OZ and have that accent.

I don't think Gibson has an accent.

Watch him in his earlier movies...he definitely had an accent. He's been around for so long and has been in so many roles that I imagine much of the Oz has left.

Guess you never saw him in interviews in his earlier years. VERY OZ. I haven't heard him talk in years except on the news when he's ranting at female cops and I don't remember how he sounded.

Talk about accent(Thick Aussie) and an entirely different sound (higher octave?) I was shocked hearing Hugh Jackman for the first time .. when not in his Wolverine role!

Oy Vey

And Simon Baker of The Mentalist. He shocked me on Ellen one time...very Australian. Same with Poppy Montgomery and Anthony LaPaligia (both were on Without A Trace). Truly amazing. Could we "Yanks" do British or Australian well? I couldn't unless I had a voice coach. The Brits have so many different regional accents, more than us, it's crazy.

Ms. Montgomery and Mr. LaPaglia only have a slight trace of an Aussie accent when they are interviewed. Many people may actually not detect it.

NOOOOOOOOO!!! This is unbelievable! Ugh, out of all the characters she has developed the most. The great chemistry between Ziva and Tony will be sorely missed.
