I hadn't realized Jeff already died in early November because I came in kinda late on the series. He was only 54 (even though he may have looked older, in part, due to his illness). He had a little pocket change.

Recap for ppl who came in late like me: (Reports on the web re Jeff's marital history) Wife #1 was from the DuPont family, #2 was a nervous anorexic, #3 AND #4 was the secretary that he was having the affair with while married to #2 and #5 was a stripper. But this is right up Gretchen's alley because the rumor mill grinds that she was dating Jeff while still married to Chris Rossi.

Supposedly Jeff encouraged Gretchen to do the show; smart move, because the show put a little cha-ching into Gretchen's pocket. Plus, any bling Jeff bought her (omg, that ring), plus any money he just gave her outside of a will before he died.

Now the conversation between Vicki & Gretchen floats into clearer context re finances and Gretchen's response. I guess the reason Gretchen has an added "it" factor on the show (whether you like her or hate her) is because she gives the rest of the housewives a run for their money and someone interesting to play against. Some of the other housewives used to be 'her' in their day and frankly, wouldn't mind being her again if they could rewind time. Others of them, really can't find anything wrong with her ('cause she's so transparent), unlike themselves, and that's just plain annoying for them. IMHO, she's fun to watch and anything she does is just 'expected'. If you hate her, you wish her a slow and agonizing papercut-like death and if you like her, well, you just do. Of course, girlfren already has a blog.

Do y'all think theres a Gretchen Rossi spin-off in the works?

These are lies. There has never been anyone drafted out of high school and go directly to the pros. The closest one has been Robin Yount of the Milwaukee Brewers, who still played just under a year of minor league ball.

Quit lying and making stuff up, please.

Additionally, you don't get "drafted into the majors." All players on minor league teams are property of ML teams. They draft the player and assign him to minor league teams and he works his way up until the parent club is ready for him to move up.

Tonight's episode is unintentionally funny ... at Lynne's expense. I am better understanding Vicki's frustration with Lynne and I do think that she hit the nail on the head with respect to their personality differences when she stated that their energy levels are so different.

Jeanna caught me totally off guard telling Lynne that she's "boring but they tolerate her"; and then Jeanna saying she hides her evil well because she slams you with smile. Thems fighting words!!! But Gretchen cracked me up when she chimed in "Who says that out loud? Even if you think it, you never say it out loud!" Lynne was very dumbed-up this episode (can't we see some outtakes or the footage on the cutting room floor?? We won't tell anyone, promiiiiise!) The vodka industry is hard at work in this show in the OC with all the martinis flying around in every other scene. Actually, come to think of it, there is one located there in Aliso Viejo (Ketel One Vodka).

Tamra's boobs were pushed up so far in Vegas they were almost earmuffs!

OHMYGOSH!!! LOL!!! I kept thinking MY GOD THEY HAVE GOTTEN BIGGER!!!! They were AWFUL LOOKING. Not even attractive.

Tamara - the boobs were all I could think of. RIGHT THERE! Not attractive at all.

Jeana - okay so her dad is a good guy and was a great dad. She even said that she didn't marry someone like her dad and most time they do. The comment she said to Lynn was BAD! She can't say anything about her kids attitudes now after saying something like that to Lynn's face.

Vicki - so she had to give up the boat, wah-wah. I'm glad Briana and Don stuck to their guns. Gretchen was playing her, lol. That was funny. Vicki is going to do something she shouldn't and Don is gonna be GONE!!!! She doesn't cozy up to Don like that.

Gretchen - I have to say she is doing a good job w/ Jeff and his kids. She is making sure his kids are involved in his life and that is a good thing. Most women would not even dare his kids be there so that they could talk daddy out of leaving her anything. She hasn't done that. She has done the complete opposite. So in Vegas she had some fun. She wasn't rubbing up on guys anymore than some others that ARE married (hmm, Vicki ). She was funny at the pool trying to make sure that she was having fun with everyone.

Lynn - OHMYGOSH!!! Her mom is OKAY! She even told her she was NOT doing the right thing. Told her she was an ENABLER!!! NO KIDDING! Then the not knowing if she had air conditioner in her house. OHMYGOSH As for the comment from Jeana, I would not have said what Lynn did in the first place to open ANY doors for something bad to come back.

Do viewers remember Tamra's "breast reduction" episode? I remember when she first peeked under the clinic litter sheets at her breasts post "reduction" -- she had this odd smug smile on her face that I found myself wondering about. Then there was that subsequent episode when Jenna and Lauri kept exclaiming to Tamra that her breasts not only didn't look smaller, but rather bigger. They ARE larger. What bothers me about Tamra (and Simon) is their exploitation of the viewer audience .... as well as some of their personal relationships with others (e.g., Gretchen).

Some parts of tonight's episode warrant immediate reviewing -- at second look they're even funnier than the first time around. That casino bit is priceless!

Actually, the "air-conditioning" discussion when the women were seated at the restaurant table was probably one of the funniest pieces I have seen on BRAVO -- in a low key kind-of-way (of course, as it involves Lynne). Vicki's reaction was one of incredulity.
