Hey it was on right after Modern Family so I let it ride. I'm mixed on this new series. It has its moments. I like the character that evokes Jody Foster for me. The Asian gal is kind of funny and has some IMHO great lines. I've only seen 1 episode of Drop Dead Divas (s1e1) and this seems to parallel it - large lawyer competing with skinny lawyer in same firm - both mooning over the same guy. Throw in a bit of Mike & Molly. I'll probably give it another go - this show has Matt Lucas from Little Britain BTW - I am curious how he will be used.

I havent seen this one and not sure if I will. I was already on the fence about it but it concerned me when I heard that the pilot screened so horribly that ABC decided to air a different episode for its debut.

I would however watch it just for Liza Lapira. Loved her in NCIS and Don't Trust the B---. Of course it could just be that she is hot

I thought it was good...quirky and good. I read an interview with Rebel Wilson...I hope ABC lets her keep her vision for the show. Sounds like they have tried to reign her and conform already.

I checked it out, watched the prior shows and thought why not.
We'll see. I thought it had good moments, but if it's going to be the mean chick always having the upper hand and winning via sneaky underhanded, mean, lying ways in typical predictible situations you can see coming a mile away in EVERY episode, coupled with playing the typical cliches - mean skinny hot girl keeping the fat nice girl down like they're in high school - it'll get old quick.

I was on the fence about this show. After reading all the horrible reviews the day after it aired I think I'll skip this one. I was afraid all the jokes would be about Rebel Wilson being fat, and most reviews say its nothing but fat and spanx jokes. No thank you.

And Rebel decided to try an American accent. A big part of her charm is her accent, why change that?

exactly! It's one giant clique after another, sweet fat girl, b***** skinny girl, sweet fat girl's quirky friends because fat girls can't have normal, trendy friends, clueless guy who everyone fawns over, fat girl will make her feelings known and clueless guy will back off because when all is said and done, he can't get over her being fat, but he won't go to the skinny girl either ... cancel it now.

I didn't like the way it seemed in commercials. I just seemed like a series of bad attempts to be funny. Sure I love the Muppets and my favorite is Fozzie Bear but he the joke was he was the joke when he failed at being funny. Super Fun Night, is supposed to be funny but it doesn't look like it is at all.
