I gave it a shot after watching Entourage and did not like the first episode but it started to grow on me. I, however, am not allowed to watch it in the same room as my husband because he finds it very annoying. Its kind of like spongebob for me - I can not have it on in the background because its just noise when I actually sit down and watch it with my kids then its pretty fun!
The good thing is HBO has signed them on to do a second season. And check out the documentary they did for New Zealand television, Flight of the Conchords: A Texan Odyssey (http://quicksilverscreen.com/watch?video=11660 - broken link). It's the Conchords in Austin, hanging out and performing at the SXSW Music Festival.
Does the DVD have a CD of their songs? I would be playing those songs in the car.....they're pretty talented musicians too!
