Only one episode in, but I like it a lot so far: Top of the Lake on Netflix.

I liked it a lot. It started out slow, but was worth the voyage. Gorgeous scenery, too.

It is an excellent show.

"The Fall" starring Gillian Anderson on Netflix was very good as well. They are filming season 2 now.

Also, check out "Five Days" on HBO Go if you get a chance.

Just finished the series (7 episodes). Very well done. Will love to discuss a few things with someone else who has watched the whole series. However I don't want to spoil anything for potential viewers.......

Finished watching the second episode of "The Fall" last night. It is growing on me.

Top of the lake was terrific. Been watching old cable programs we missed from years ago like Nip/Tuck, Revenge, Shameless (tried Californication but it was too raunchy for me) and a few others I can't remember. Some are on Showtime but they have a 90 days for free or cheap we took advantage of. Also found some Helen Mirren shows and Dr. Martin, and there are some terrific documentaries to enjoy as well. Can't beat Netflix.

You are probably correct in saying "Can't beat Netflix." But usually I go on there looking for something to watch and I am simply overwhelmed! I keep looking and looking and usually don't watch anything because I can't decide. Unless I find (through a recommendation in this case) a gem like "The Fall". Loving it more and more.....

Anyway the point I was going to make is I like HBOGO better only because there is less to choose from. Make sense? No, I guess not........
