I have a Sony Bluetooth DVD that has Netflix. Originally my daughter set the Netflix up to her old account.

That account is no longer active and she and I are splitting the cost of a new account.

How do I change the original Netfix settings to this new account? Thanks

I went into the netflix web site and thought I changed all the settings to her new numbers but somehow it is not crosswalking to my DVD player.

You'll probably have to log out of the old account on the DVD and log into the new one.

Sorry, I can't help with how to do that. But I've had to do similar on my AppleTV.

You have to go to the setup menu on the BlueRay player then find the option for Netflix settings and change the account name and password. It might give the option to deactivate the old account before you enter the new info.

I'd aim toward this as being the problem.

I had the same problem with setting my mom's DVD player up when they got their own Netflix account. (they were using mine) I had to go in and deactivate and then was able to sign in for her.
