Yes, being cutthroat is often necessary in BB. However, we've seen some non-cutthroat people win.
It was sweet of Donny to save Jocosta but incredibly dumb. He needs to go home. The people who don't realize this is a game being played need to go home and let the real players continue in the game.

You don't have to be cutthroat to win but you do have to be very strategic with your decisions and saving Jocosta was an idiot move.

Donny has an excellent read on the game, but he needs someone who knows what they're doing to work with. I don't think it was an idiot move for him to use the veto on Jocasta because no matter who was up beside Devin, Devin was going home. No one in the house cared that he used the veto on her. I think the only two that actually know how to play the game are Derrick and Donny. Victoria is so clueless that she is still having to have people explain the rules of the game to her.

Donny is not a threat. I would certainly be putting up someone who is.

Remember, it was Caleb and Jocosta on the block. When Donny won veto, Devin's only shot at not being nominated was if Donny didn't use the veto.

Now that would have been stupid because the whole house wanted him to use it. You are correct in that I had forgotten Devin was not already on the block. Now I remember them being terrified that he wouldn't use it.

I would like to see Frankie and Derrick on the block together. When do y'all think they will go to just one hoh and one set of nominations?

Frankie's Grandfather passed away yesterday and as a BB first, they gave him a letter from his family. I think the only other time they have given them big news of the outside world is Sept 11th
