I'm very excited that "The Voice" starts up gain on Monday. I think Gwen Stefani and Pharrell Wiliams will make great coaches and be a lot of fun. I think Gwen will be more down to earth like Shakira is and not a diva like Christina Aguilara. And Pharrell is just cool.
Watched last night and loved it. Gwen and Pharrell are good additions, and Blake and Adam were great as usual. There was an awesome country singer that sang last.

I agree with your first two sentences but don't think the country singer at the end was as good as the judges made him out to be. JMO
It may just be that I'm not in a great mood right now, but all the coach shenanigans (standing on chairs, the over-the-top praise and pleas) just got on my nerves last night. I see that the show can only really move in that direction now, but to me it felt forced and fake. I like Pharrell and Gwen just fine--they both seem invested-- but it all felt very scripted and choreographed. I don't even know if I'm going to keep watching.
I like Pharrell SO much better than Usher! So far, it looks like Gwen will be fine. Enjoyed a couple of the singers last night but they fought over a couple that I didn't think were great.

I agree! I thought it was a great show! The country singer was great. More tonight.
