That said, I have always loved Leah and I don't see her as an angry person at all. She seems happy to me and seems to have a great family. Her mother cracks me up.....what a character!
I looooooove Leah; I've loved her since King of Queens, (I watch the reruns constantly) and I liked her on DWTS. I don't find her angry, rude, or unhappy. For goodness sake, the girl grew up in Brooklyn with a father in the MOB!! LOL. What, did you expect a refined, dainty, girly girl?? I mean, she is what she is, and guess what? She shoots you straight, and you never have to worry about her being fake or wondering how she really feels. I appreciate people like that. I meet people from Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Queens all the time; New Yorkers in general have an edge to them, and that's a fact.
That being said, her reality show feels very scripted to me. And really, all reality shows have some scripting to them. But Leah's show feels very generic, and while I find her mother funny, the show overall isn't really that interesting to me. There aren't not enough dynamics to the show; not enough going on for me. Maybe the multiple story lines of The Real Housewives and Keeping Up With The Kardashians have me jaded, and I don't watch those regularly at all. **shrug**
I just get a kick out of Leah's facial expressions. I find her show lightly entertaining...nothing too heavy, lots of laughter and eye rolling/widening. An easy and relaxing show to watch!
I love her too and she was on the daytime show on CBS for a while and I loved her opinions of stuff on that show and yes she appears to be a straight shooter to me as well . I really like her and her daughter she is so funny and the best part is , that her daughter is going to grow up to be just like her .
