The version I'm watching has sparse subtitles. I didn't know if it was a slow bandwidth feed or they just didn't do a good job. I've had that happen before on DramaFever but never on Netflix so I wasn't sure if it was my bandwidth or the subtitling.
Mine is working without a glitch. Maybe a problem with your bandwidth? Are you using the Netflix app in your TV, or do you use a box such as an Apple TV and so on? Whenever a Netflix show starts acting up I restart the Apple TV, and things return to normal.

Yesterday I started the series Frontier, a Netflix Original. Doubted it would be very good, turned out the first episode was actually quite entertaining. Only reason I made sure to watch was because Jason Momoa is in it. Wrapping up the five seasons of Stargate Atlantis on Hulu which he is in, and like the way he plays that character. Plays a much less likeable role in Frontier.
Yes, he is a very interesting and versatile actor, along with his other credentials as well. I just finished season 3 of Frontier and it was great to see him again.

There is another very good show at Netflix where you can see Jason Mamoa as the leading actor. "The Last Kingdom." I watched the three seasons already, and believe it ends there.
I had a lot of hope for a happy ending of another outstanding Korean show, and that was, "Mr. Sunshine." But the end was a lowdown for me because I don't enjoy unhappy endings. In a lot of Asian movies it seems that the characters are self-sacrificing by the end of the movie. But in "Mr. Sunshine" the cinematography and the acting, plus the love between the main characters are amazing.
The Koreans make better romance/drama shows than Hollywood. But for some reason, they make very few sci fi and spy stuff. Maybe the cost is too much? Too bad, because I like sci fi and spy stuff.

I am a huge fan of The Last Kingdom but I'm thinking Jason Momoa actually plays Kahl Drogo in the HBO series Game of Thrones which I admit I have not kept up with.
ETA, my motto is eat popcorn, watch movies and ignore the world. I can't take credit for that line I saw it on a T-shirt somewhere.

I just finished watching Dark Matter, which is a very good sci-fi series. Three seasons are available.
