There are so many great guys this season. It's going to be a great competition.
I enjoy just about everyone except for Trevor Douglas. He seems to have too much nervous energy or something. His performances always seem a bit frantic IMO.
My favorite performances last night were Nick Fradiani, Clark Beckham and Mark Andrew.
Quentin Alenxander's version of "I Put A Spell On You" was different. Didn't like it much when he started out, but by the end I agreed with the judge who said it was a Grammy type of performance.
Qaasim's "Uptown Funk" was entertaining
Riley (blond country guy) and Daniel (youngest guy) are my "sleepers."
Like I said, a lot of great guys this year. Wondering if the girls will outshine them tonight.
The guys are good this season ... at least, there's noone who's outright lame. I think the youngest boy, Daniel, needs more seasoning. The nerd, Trevor, needs to stop hopping around frantically and focus on his vocals. The fat kid, Adam, needs to stop acting like Jack Black pretending to be a rock star.
I remember Savion from last year, and was really upset when he got cut. I really think he's cute and talented. Rayvon is very compelling too. Way too early to tell much yet.
Supposedly Rayvon is a very very nice guy. My friend had him in class (music) in college.
I wish the audience would stop it with the floating arms while the artist sings.
I know, right?! That is SO tired.
Also, the strategically placed teenyboppers in the front row reaching up to the performer who graciously bends down to touch their hands as they are singing.
