Good grief, yes. It used to be the girls singing like Stevie Nicks, now it's all the girls who sing like Ellie Goulding. It's so affected. On the other hand, there are the girls who want to sing like a diva, and it just is so forced with all the runs. Rarely does it work. Especially when they are foolish enough to try a song by Whitney or Christina or Aretha. You're just not going to be as good as these people, so don't try to emulate them, do your own thing, find your wheel house and play to that.

What a disappointment! The girls were, for the most part, awful. Agree with many of the above comments.

The only girls who stood out to me were Jax, Sarina-Joi Crowe and Tyranna Jones.

I thought Shi Scott was going to be really good when I saw her in the auditions and Hollywood Week, but she was horrible!

I agree with you and N. Cal.

I'm rooting for Tyanna. She's a cutie pie, but she doesn't know it, and very talented.

I thought Loren Lott was really good! Some of the gals, I can't see lasting too long.

I've been watching this season and am somewhat disappointed, but think there are several guys that are really good---wish I could remember their names! I liked only 3 girls. I am also watching The Voice and think there are some wonderful singers on there........

She is, as they say, the whole package, and definitely has a career ahead of her, but I think she will not get a lot of votes because folks will vote for less flashy girls.

UGH. This show has really gone downhill. There is something about the production quality that seems very low budget, unrehearsed, and thrown together. The auditions and groups had the usual "pop" to them, but these last few shows reminded me of a bad high school talent show. I don't think it is my imagination, but I don't remember past seasons of singers being this bad, which is why I wonder if there is something else going on.

I didn't care for last night's theme. I think we're on 19 seasons of AI and I've "My Girl" soooooo many times. Let's get some new themes and stop rehashing the same old same old.

I know, I'm so tried of hearing these same Motown songs every year!
