My earliest memory is the graphic on the screen when the TV networks weren't broadcasting. TV only broadcast for certain times of the day back in yonder years, not 24 hours a day like it does now. The graphic was a black and white picture of three or four concentric circles in a bulls eye pattern with a side view of an Indian male in a feather headdress in the center of the bulls eye.

Early to mid-50's....... Watching Hoody Duty on an RCA TV with a little round screen.
My Mom worked for RCA so she had access to early RCA products for a cheap price. We were one of the first families in the neighborhood to have a TV. But Mom soon stopped working (at RCA or anywhere else) and we had that TV for years. Latter my friends would laugh when they saw it.......
I remember seeing my first color TV behind the bar area of a restaurant my grand parents took us out to eat at. They always seemed to go to places that we had to wait awhile to be seated, so I just stared slack jawed at the color image.
We did not get our first color TV until I was in college (late 60s). My father bought a Heath Kit large color console that must of had a million parts and spent months soldering it together before he could fire it up. We had that TV for years too........
Now I have more flat screen HD TV's than I care to count. What a long strange trip it's been.......
I'm going to go with The Adventures of Superman which began when I was 1. Oh yeah, and I was scared to death of Smokey The Bear TV ads - Only YOU can prevent forest fires! I used to hide behind the chair when the bear came on TV.
One of my earliest memories of TV is seeing one turned on manually, then a white dot appearing and gradually growing until the picture appeared.
Yeah! I remember that. Then having to adjust the "vertical" and "horizontal" until the picture would stay still. And the Star-Spangled Banner playing at the end of the day when all of the networks went "off the air."
In the early 60s, watching the Today Show with my dad before he went to work, and then Captain Kangaroo. Also, watching Bugs Bunny, and my parents watching Hockey Night in Canada on the CBC from across Lake Erie.
First real show that I ever got into was CHiPs back around 1979 or 1980. It's still awesome.
I loved CHiPs!! Those were the days when the whole family sat down together to watch a show on a certain night each week.
Mutual of Omaha Wild Kingdom was another... I think that was on Sunday nights.
