I thought all stations were required by the government to move to digital... unless maybe you are dealing with an amateur and not a real station. All stations in my area switched to digital way back when, which of course means I went from being able to get 9 stations to 6. More channels my ass, I don't even pick up a PBS station anymore.

Yes -- I hooked up some rabbit ears the other day - got about a dozen stations, but no ABC or CBS -- only NBC and FOX of the major networks. Got something called "Get" -- they were playing old movies. I also get ANT and COZI, and a few shopping stations.

I get all the networks plus a few more by antenna, but I'm pretty sure they're digital not analog. But I'm not a techie and easily confused, so take that for what it's worth.

Dude, do you have a newer TV? Or do you have a converter box on an old TV?

They were giving out free converters when the digital changeover started. You'd probably get all the networks if you had one. Or buy a new digital TV - you can get a decent 19" for $150 or less.

There are many of them and I have a digital converter box for my analog TV. Unfortunately, due to where I am located in my city, I cannot pull them in with my indoor TV antenna.

I too lost the ability to get many channels when they were switched over to digital transmission. My indoor TV antenna only picks CBS, NBC, FOX, UPN and a few other local channels (mainly Spanish speaking). But I can't get ABC, PBS and a few other channels.
