Wow! Wouldn't that be something. You should write for the series!

Do you think that Christine would be on Dexter's chopping block (make the code) or, is this a one time thing that doesn't fit the bill; a non-serial protective (of her father) and non-lealthal kill? Do you think that Dexter would kill for revenge?

I think it will come to a code (moral) question that will be central to the "growth" of Dexter's human side.

Personally, I always thought that Dexter was human, he just didn't realize it. Nature v. Nuture at its best.

I just re-read my post.... Stupid ... non-leathal kill. I meant non-potential serial killer kill. If that makes sense.

Non-lethal kill, eh? That's an amazing skill! :-) Yeah, it's more of a crime of passion, but it was also premeditated and she's emotionally disturbed because of a childhood trauma. Hence, she was "born in blood" like Dexter, but instead of watching her mother die and sitting in a pool of her blood, she watched her father murder a woman in a pool of blood. She blocked the memories out, but they came flooding back to her once she realized that it wasn't a nightmare.

If I wrote for it, I wouldn't get to enjoy watching it as much!

She shot his sister, killed her lover, but she was also arrested for it. If she gets off on a technicallity, she will end up on his table; but if she's convicted or appears to be headed that way, he will not.

Dexter's code doesn't limit him to only killing serial killers...just killers in general.
I enjoyed the episode about the female cop that killed her child and husband....that was a great one.
