When he was chasing the guy I turned to my wife and told her " I hate being so worried that he is going to get caught" lol I thought he staged that very well and killed 2 birds with 1 stone so to speak lol
What do you think will happen with Lumen? how will they end her character in this season?
Will she kill herself or will Dexter have to kill her? But in order for him to kill her and for us to still keep liking him, she would have to do something real bad such as may be kill innocent people??
At the very least Lumen will be Dex's training wheels when it comes to his son.
Provided Harrison also grows up with a dark passenger.
Since Rita got killed I believe that Lumen will become his next romantic interest. And because Rita is no more, Lumen's chances of becoming a regular cast member are great too.
I also don't believe that Lumen will kill innocents, because Dexter will become her mentor in the art of 'managing the dark passenger'.

LoL, it wouldn't surprise when in the near future the nanny discovers that either Lumen or Dex is a serial killer Lumen convinces Dex to kill his nanny.
This way Lumen is ‘forced’ to become Harrison's new nanny.
Another fun story thread involving the nanny would be that Quin’s investigator the dirty cop played by Peter ‘RoboCop’ Weller becomes 'romantically' involved with the nanny as a cover to enter Dex’s inner circle so he could investigate Dex without becoming suspicious.

Maybe Lumen will end up being revealed as a mastermind of a killer, targeting innocent people, a bit of a loose cannon and using Dexter. When Dexter figures that out Lumen plots to kill him. But then his sister finds out and rescues Dexter by killing Lumen. Then his sister becomes his partner in crime.
But I actaully think more likely Lumen is here to stay a couple of seasons. She will be pivitol to a degree in Dexters life.
I don't see how any season finale could top the shock factor of last season though.
I really like Dexter, but don't have the channel he's on. I'll have to keep up online in what's going on.
