Wow, that dude has some anger problems. He totally showed those judges no respect at all. Cussing and gesticulating all over the place. These are supposed to be professionals, they need to act that way especially given the guests. But that would make for poor TV. hehe

Anyhoo, seems like overall these folks can cook a bit better - more creative too. Guess my pick right now is T.

That female judge, can't remember her name, is a James Beard nominee. I just happened to read about this year's nominees recently.

I agree, this seems like a better crop than usual, but I bet Gordon can break them all, haha!

lol Right? No onions in sight. Those guys might need to work on that as there's no crying in HK! Glad to Monique go home. She was pretty bad and annoying to listen to.

The format of this show is really frustrating. The winner of the mini challenge gets an amazing prize but the winner of the service gets... Nothing. In fact, one could argue it's the loser of service who really wins, because that team gets to drop their dead weight! Just seems backward.

It boggles my mind - how they can cook such good dishes for the challenges and fall apart during service... It's the same crap all the time... Predictable.. The team who wins the challenge seems to lose most often - on the dinner service..

The women haven't completed 3 services in a row.. I think as the seasons go - they get worse and worse...
