David CAN sing his butt off..but he didn't have the best vocals of the show...Melinda Dolittle did...lol

He did have the most outstanding vocal of the night

David Hernandez came in second

Danny came in third

The (don't know if he's a rocker or backstreet boy) needs to go.

Castro is YUMMEH! He can get by on his looks alone. I liked his performance, but that was just cause I was enthralled with his eyes...

That dude with the two tone hair...didn't like it...

That other guy...didn't like him either...

Chikizie-he didn't do too bad, but he's not making me sweat....

I'm probably missing a few...but that's because their performances were crap and they were not memorable.

In order of my preference:

David A - Wow! I was pleasantly surprised by his performance. I think his voice would be really good in a few years. It's good now, but it can only get better. His stage presence and his "little boy" personality need to grow up. But the 14 year old girls probably love him.

Chikeze- Amazing performance. I had never heard that song before but he kept my attention the whole time. Very good.

David H - I have heard of that song, but I had never heard it before he sang it. I was really impressed.

David C - His hair bugs me but I liked his performance. His guitar playing seemed to fit his performance.

Jason C - I thought he did a good job. Nothing spectacular, but not as bad as the judges said he was.

Robbie - He didn't seem rocker enough. His hands were small. For some weird reason, that bugged me. I liked his performance though.

Danny - Better than last week. But he's too overdramatic. He sounded good.

Michael - Oh, what a dissapointment. Horrible performance. I wanted him to do better. I really like him.

Luke - Again, his voice is better suited for ballads. Didn't care for his performance at all. But he's so nice to look at.

Jason - There were parts that were good, but his stage presence bugs me.

I'll probably be demolished for saying this, but I didn't like the arrangement of "Imagine". I think the kid that sang it has a great voice, but the beauty of the song is its simplicity. He threw in too many runs and embellishments for my liking. The guitar instead of the piano was cool, but the rest of it kind of annoyed me. That being said, he did a great job singing it.

Lol..you won't be demolished. You didn't say he COULDN'T sing, cause that would be a flat out lie. You just didn't like how he did the song, and that's okay

Couldnt have said it better myself. Great voice, great performance, horrible rendition of the song.

My favorites last night were David A., David C., and Jason Castro.
I would love to see Chickeze, or Jason Yeager go.
Most deserving of another chance I think is Michael Johns, he picked a very safe sounding song and it just didn't do anything for him.
My surprise of the week was definitely by far David H. I did not expect that ending, he did a great job with it.
Danny is gayer than a rainbow, but his attitude is amusing to watch.

My favorite performance too was David H.

I liked Danny A (or was it David???)- the boy who sang Imagine, but I too didn't like how the song was put together. I liked the original better.

I don't think Jacuzzi was bad at all

I liked the rocker boy (not the backstreet used to be boy)

Micheal Johns has a good voice, but he played it too safe. I think he is expecting to fly by.

I cna't wait to see the girls. I do think it is a boy competition though.

Danny might not be gay...lol. He could just be what they call emo...or is it scene..? Either way, I'm totally digging his hair, who's is better than mine by a long shot...lol.

The girls will outsing the guys every year. It hasn't been close since season 1...

Danny seems gay to me too.

Alright, the ladies! Overall I thought it was an outstanding episode...almost no one is safe because so many were so good.

My two cents:
Carly: very good, I've liked her the whole time but she still surprised me, how much I enjoyed this performance.
Sayesha: I love her, and I love her voice. The performance was pretty good.
Brooke: good song, good voice, good performance. I really like her. I just hope that it was enough to make people remember her. It didn't have substantial "wow."
Ramiele: good voice, but I didn't care for the song or the performance.
Kristy: very good. I couldn't really remember her from last week, so I was surprised at how much I enjoyed this one.
Amanda: she's one of my favorites, but her performance tonight was no where near as good as she's been. Terrible song choice, and terrible hair.
Alaina: first half was boring, and overall it wasn't that good. I'd like to see her go home.
Alexandrea: I think she has a sweet voice, but the song/performance was boring.
Kady: not good at all. I hope she is voted off as well.
Asai'h: normally great, but she seemed off in several places. I think she's safe but I hope she is back to herself next week.

Brooke really surprised me tonight. Her performance was really great, and she looked less like a ghastly ghost this week. Amazing what a little hair gel and spray, and a make up artist can do!
Ramiele was good but her song choice was awful, I like how she's so tiny with a great big voice but tonight's song did nothing in her favor.
Carly, I don't understand what the hype is about her...she seems mediocre, like people have mentioned she had a chance to record already and had an album out, people didn't dig it then and I don't think people are going to dig it now. She's not the next Chris Daughtry, the way people seem to be treating her.
Amanda needs to tame that hair! Her voice was awful, the song was awful, everything was just awful.
Alaina I expected more from her...but I want her to have another chance. She seems sweet and innocent. Hated the blue dress.
Alexandrea, I cannot wait to see this girl go home! Her interview video felt like it was just a way to sell herself rather than answer the question like all the other 19 contestants. There's a time and place to brag, that interview segment wasn't it.
Kady, I think she's staying in this competition solely based on looks and popularity. Obviously she's a popular girl and has tons of hometown support, but her talent is seriously lacking. Just another pretty face and a decent voice, but nothing destined for superstardom. She should try out for SNL guest spot as a impersonator, she is SO much better at that than she is of actually singing her own style.
Asia'h was a disappointment this week. I agreed with Simon, the song was just too big for her.
Syesha, for some reason I have just never been into her performances, I think her voice is good but I definitely don't agree with how psyched Paula is about this girl. Her performance tonight was completely forgettable, in fact so much so that I have no idea what she sang and the show just ended!

Are they picking 1 girl 1 boy or 2 girls 2 boys to leave this week?
