Ok this is my new favorite show. It's just fun, clever, and the lead actress is just off the top adorable.

I like the second episode better but umm, well I suppose this is more fundamental with the characters themselves (even in the comics). Superman/girl has a tendency to be more on the idealistic side, which for me can be nauseating (the first episode more than the second). Anyway, it's growing on me, I shall continue in hopes that altruism dials down.

It is a bit more leaning to science-fiction than I would like.

So that guy who is the head of the DEO, is he supposed to be the Martian Manhunter? His eyes glowed red near the end of the episode so the writers are hinting he's not human. But he seems to be a good guy.

Hank Henshaw? Well, if they are following the comics, he is ...

Spoiler
Cyborg Superman. NOT a good guy. In fact, he's a super villain.

Well, she is told that there is a fire out of control at the waterfront, but she pauses first for a few moments to discuss her emotional life with her sister.

Looks like credibility isn't going to be a big concern of this program.

I liked the first episode however I think it's to "Lois and Clark" like for me - sorta that bubble gum, sugar and spice feel. That's not sustainable. It reminds of bionic woman (origin story, friendships, super archv villains, etc. all developed in one episode).

CW (Arrow/Flash,Smallville), Fox (Gotham), now CBS (only counting DC universe). I don't see how this would go past one season. The big three networks don't know how to do sustainable super hero shows (with maybe the exception of ABC with Agents of Shield).
