I am surprised by this move. NBC will be forced to replace Schwarzenegger when the Donald ask's him to be his running mate in less than a year. Than it will be back to square one for NBC. #trump16

Just from the comedy standpoint alone.

I really didn't watch the show to start with.. So.. Meh.. I would have rather seen someone who could make a claim to the show.. Someone like a Mark Cuban.. He's obviously not someone who could do it due to commitments to Shark Tank, but that style of person. An Elon Musk.. That I could see.

his adult children could make a claim to the show and probably would do so in a way similar to the Donald but better. I don't even see Arnold having any chemistry with the Trump children.

I actually love Arnold - but in action films - I can't get behind this move because as others have said he's difficult to understand at times. I actually hated Donald's favoritism on the show despite the concept but it was nice to see him make personal contributions to fired contestants if they hadn't won any money for their charities - I don't see Arnold doing this nor the network. They should have just brought back George.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is not a natural-born U.S. citizen and thus is ineligible to run for Vice-President, so no Trump-Schwarzenegger ticket.
