Consider me one of those patiently waiting. I have a feeling that when this show ends Ax and Chuck will either both be in jail or free with all the power and influence they could possibly want but they'll be totally alone because of their feud. That's where all their plotting and one-upmanship is leading them. And I won't feel the least bit sorry for either of them
The first episode of the new season was last night, and I thought it was really good.
I wonder if Chuck will be able to forgive his wife, and if Axe will be able to forgive his. I don't think so.
Taylor is gaining power at the firm quickly.
Wags is still funny.
And now I want to try Egg Cream...
I've found that it's during the first and last few episodes. I check early most Sundays for 2 years and noticed that. But I use Comcast as my login so it may be different. When Ray Donavan and Shameless aired, they did the same thing this season. Homeland was not on early this Sunday through the app for me.
I did a quick binge of the first two seasons of this show before the Season 3 premiere and... it's... not bad. They can stop with the pop culture film references and the "I'm from the hood" schtick that Lara trots out every episode, and it would be even better. I am actually FROM the area Lara keeps banging on about and it's just condescending for some reason.
I'm #TeamChuck and #TeamTaylor. I actually wish there were more scenes with Chuck and Wendy although I am not a Wendy fan. It's mostly because I like how vulnerable and sweet Chuck is with her. Although I do wonder when he'll pull out those pics and tell her he knows she slept with Bob Benson.
Season two is where I finally got hooked, though I am missing some things not really paying attention during season one. Taylor is a big draw. There is something arresting about the actor and the character.
The latest episode "Hell of a Ride" brought the relationship between Chuck and his father Charles Senior to a head.
It also answered the question I asked in my previous post, about Chuck and Wendy.
And I knew Taylor would eventually start to have doubts about the cut-throat nature of working at Axe Capital; we saw that start to develop in this episode.
