Oh, yes! I enjoyed very much! It hit all the right notes without going over-the-top. Very entertaining!

I was curious and tried to find out who the writers were........I will have to pay better attention next time (I'm too lazy to pull it up on demand, lol). I found some really good info on Wiki, but they were clear as mud about who was doing the show to show writing. But in addition to the writing, the costume and set designers should also get a nod. Very subtle in some ways, over the top on other things.

Meh, I havent been a fan of the "Pierce" story line at all. I like Tom Welling and could enjoy him on the show but I am not a fan of this arc. It seems to have taken away from the Chloe/Lucifer story which has been the backbone of the show.

This really should be more appealing than it is. I did not really care for this episode much at all. I am not very interested in Lucifer trying to figure out how to kill Pierce/Cain. However, it was fun seeing some more of Maze.

I'm really not connecting with the storyline recently. Not sure what to make of Charlotte (she was a real human whose body was taken over by Lucifer's Mom?? Then Mom was gone and Charlotte "woke up" and went thru a divorce and career change and desire to be good?) and the thing with Pierce/Cain just isn't that interesting to me. I like Linda, and Amenidiel (sp?), and Dan and Chloe and Trixie. Maze can be fun. I don't know...finding it more confusing than interesting.

Charlotte died and went to hell. What she went through there has scared her straight. While she was there Lucifer’s mum was so awful (as Charlotte) her husband divorced Charlotte and got total custody of the kids.

When Mum went to the other dimension, Lucifer was surprised to find Charlotte came back. I think he was thinking he was going to have to explain a dead person.

Officially agree.

The story lines have gotten really convoluted and the show is losing what made it special.

They need to get back to "murder of the week" with Lucifer showing his powers (including his face) with a long drawn out story as to why his powers dont work around Chloe. The show could live forever just based on that. This stuff with "mum" and "Cain" and "Amenadiel/Maze" just serves to muddy the main story. They have too many arcs going at once.
