What does everyone think? The wife makes me crazy with her voice, but I love to see what they do with what they buy.

I have been watching this show for a while and like it. Though I have never seen any "flops". You would think at some point they would lose money when trying to flip a house but I haven't seen an episode like that yet.

I've watched all of the episodes and I enjoy the show, and they have actually lost money on a few of their flips.

I love this show! Yeah, she's a "valley girl" type, but that's where they live. Sure things are restaged for filming, but so what? My wife and I have also bought, rehabbed, and resold houses over the years. Except for the crazy pricing, and that they use contractors for 99.9% of the rehabs, it's pretty close to what you see when rehabbing even in Michigan.

Just to make sure everybody understands, rehabbing is GAMBLING, and it's not nearly as "easy" as it might appear on tv shows. You really have to buy right, in order to sell for a profit after all the work. It's very easy to get in WAY over your head!

One thing I noticed from watching this show is that the vast majority of homes in that area are only 1 floor. Is it a cost issue or is the LA area just zoned this way?

The wife is hot....yup, a shallow observation, but it makes me linger a bit when I'm flipping the channel

I can't believe they haven't divorced yet. All that fighting can't be healthy for their marriage.

I don't think it has anything to do with cost. It's just the home style there and the fact that the zoning allows for building close to the lot lines so houses take up more lot space.

I have to admit, i'm addicted, I think they do a great job. She's a little obsessed with the color gray, but it looks good. They seem to have a lot of money, so i'm assuming they do really well.
