Yes, the series has gone from gritty and realistic to surreal.......

How many episodes are left? One or two. It is going to be tough to bring all the loose ends together in one or two hours!

Also, at first I thought the scene where Chandra kissed Nas was a dream sequence; to me it was too over-the-top to be real.
I thought the make out session was a dream at first to, I really hoped it was actually.

This show has really ran off the rails. And I can almost guarantee we will have no idea what happened when it's all over.

It's following the BBC show pretty closely story-wise. Now including the romance between lawyer and client. Let's hope they end the show stronger than the BBC show did.

Hey this is HBO were talking about here!
I wouldn't be surprised if they try to milk 3 seasons out of this.
Last nights episode:
That poor Boy
I had no problem with that guy getting what he deserved last night. The detective giving Nas his inhaler back was Huge and might be the game changer in the case.

There had to be a dozen witnesses in the area when he got his throat slit. Would you do it with that many people watching? Too much prison hype.

All of the prisoners are going to say they didn't who killed him. Snitches get stitches!

You really want 12 or more people to have seen you do something like that? People talk and there is no statute of limitations on murder. Not the kind of killing to do with an audience.

Its a stupid code but, people will not talk. They risk getting the same treatment if they do talk.
If I can say anything about the series that's one part they got right!
Jail is not a pretty place.
