Did everyone hear that Mark Sheppard will no longer be a regular on the show? There is still speculation as to if that means Crowley is just gone for good or just not going to be in many episodes. I suspect that he's really gone for good. Mark is a great actor and I wonder if he's got something else lined up.
Im pretty sure the writers made sure to tie up all the loose ends regarding what you said. So, it would not surprise me if what you say is true
It's sad, because I think it was a bitter ending for him.
It kinda was, but to be honest, Crowley was kinda played out. I really thought Dean should have killed Crowley with the first blade instead of Abbadon. She was far more menacing, and one of the few characters Dean was actually afraid of.
Agreed. I love Donna too. I just fear that this is too late - they should have done a spinoff around season 7 or so, when the show was much better.
But - at least we know Jody will live! Aside from the ghostfacers (and I so want to see the facers and Jody together), Jody is the longest running character on SPN besides the main characters.

They tried a spinoff in 2014 - Supernatural: Bloodlines.
I can't remember if they aired the first episode or not, but the spinoff never got off the ground.
