Wow, wow, this is not Breaking Bad thread.
it's Better Call Saul thread.
Ad hoc, I really tried watching BB and I can't. I am simply not into that type of shows.

What do you mean, that type of show?
The two shows are so tightly linked.... developed by the same producers/director/writers, with overlapping story lines. And the cinematography, music, styles are identical.

I think that part there might answer that question to a large degree of what the OP means. Have to say, if not for BB, there would not be a BCS.

I don't have a problem with nudity, profanity and homosexuality.
But as I recall, there isn't much of any of those in Breaking Bad. Just a touch, and if you blink, you probably would miss it.
That's life, isn't it?
I don't recall much nudity either, but, the degree of profanity, is subjective as to what's too much to the OP. I could be off base anyway, maybe it's the drugs or something else they find objectionable about the show, who knows. I recently re-watched BB, still enjoyed the show as much as I did the first time around, looking forward to the return of BCS.

I think there was a nude scene in the first episode and plenty of profanity. The biggest issue is a viewer who isn't willing to see violence should stay away.

I think it's season 3 episode 5 that has a pretty lengthy strip club scene. Only episode I remember where the nudity was enough that it made me uncomfortable. There may have been brief instances earlier, but this one took me off guard when we rewatched it on DVD. Either I missed it when it was on the tv version or the dvd version was longer.
Edit to add - BB is still probably my most favorite tv series I have ever watched, but I'm a bit of a prude when it comes to nudity. I think you can still appreciate BCS as it's own show, but knowing the characters from BB gives them more depth, especially the guest spots like Tuco and Hector. Gus is supposed to be on season 3 and Aaron Paul perhaps let it slip while on Ellen that he may have made a guest appearance.

Whut??? It is pretty much the same ...
Is there a second season out yet?
