4) Pushing Daisies
5) Boston Legal

Honorable Mentions:
Extreme Makeover: Home Edition
Desperate Housewifes (not so great a storyline this season though - again JMHO ;-0)
I think that Chuck and Moonlight are the best that TV has offered in years, many years. Excellent writing, excellent casts. I impatiently wait for both these shows week to week. The hiatus is a drag.

Give us a list to choose from because I can't think of five shows on now that I would want to see. Is (1)MONK still on. I like that show.
(2) Two men and a half--that little boy is adorable
(3) Numbers is good enough that I watch it sometimes when I am in the mood.
(4) The investigative police type such as CSI are all right if I am not eating. Those dead bodies can ruin your meal.
(5) Wheel of fortune

3. Survivor--I know but I never watched it for the first few seasons and now I am addicted to it.
4. 30 Rock
5. My Name is Earl

I forgot about "The Daily Show". Haven't been watching it because of the writers strike but it would edge out My Name is Earl.
