Send a PM to the Mod to inform him/her that it's the actual name of a new show, not just an announcement that Bethany is getting married.

Start the thread AGAIN. State in the thread that it's a NEW SHOW in CAPITAL LETTERS.

Bethenny is on the View and they are asking her about the rumors that she is "momarexic" since she lost her baby weight so soon Just when I think I've heard it all.

I lost my baby weight within two weeks after having a 12lb baby.

I had gained 50lbs during that pregnancy, but most of it was water retention.

I became my normal size almost overnight.

She said something very similar to that and said, and they'd be saying I was a lard ass if I was 8 lbs heavier.

I was definitely a lard ass while pregnant. My ankles were huge. Actually, I had no ankles!

I weighed 102lbs before pregnancy and got up to 155lbs.

But it was all water. It just disappeared almost instantly. I'm not sure what causes water retention during pregnancy.

It can't be healthy to retain all that water and lose it within a few weeks. I was often sick during the first year, caught every virus I encountered.

This article about fluid retention during pregnancy makes sense.

Water Retention during Pregnancy | Articles | Pregnancy Today (http://www.pregnancytoday.com/articles/signs-symptoms/pregnancy-swelling-not-so-swell-4154/ - broken link)

It says it's due to increased water and a lower concentration of protein to keep water in vessels.

I'm almost a vegetarian. I eat meat, but very little meat. It makes sense. I'm sure my body did have a lower concentration of protein compared to other pregnant women.

I don't get why they have to nitpick her about the loss of baby weight. Big Freaking deal. Some woman lose it right after, some don't.

Because that's what they do when you're a public figure: They dissect everything you do, from the clothes you wear to a pound of weight gained to a new hair color or even if you're eating in public. The papparazzi love to get "off" photos of public figures, sell them to the tabloids and the tabloid puts some insane lie of a "headline".
