Bobby Flay, Alton Brown, and Alex G are my favorites.

I really miss the old Food Network though. I loved it when they had the cooking shows on all day on Saturday and the only competition show they had was Iron Chef.

Garten, Drummond, Lidia Bastianich- Italian (PBS)

Some of Garten's recipes have fewer no. of ingredients, so easier to make....just have to look through the pages to find them.

They don't need to be "divas" (or "divos"), and they're not on the Food Network (no more cable for us), but I like Martha Bakes (or any of her cooking shows), Nick Stellino, and America's Test Kitchen/Cook's Country (except for that dang guitar riff between segments).

All are on PBS, and I love their weekend marathons, which often have a theme.

Love watching Alton Brown in "Good Eats", just for the entertainment.
