I agree that Dale should not have been eliminated. Dale has talent in the kitchen, something I don't think Spike has. If it was up to me, Spike would have been 86'd back when Manuel went out. Spike is in the losers group a lot and yet he manages not to be the one who goes while two of his teammates fight it out. I think he has bamboozled the judges and he is a conniving instigator. The way I see it he's had two dishes that were any good through this entire competition and they were soup and a salad.
Also, this show is Top Chef not Top Restaurateur. Which dish did Spike make, last night? I noticed Stephanie performed the same function as Spike and yet she actually had some dishes.

I don't see Spike or Lisa lasting beyond next week...I mean its down to FIVE, and the only ones who SHOULD go on to the finals are: Stephanie, Richard and Antonia. If they keep Spike in the final group, I'd say he is pretty good at the old razzle dazzle.
I agree......he was a far better chef in my opinion even though he was not always a team player "player". Lisa ....go home already!

I have to agree. Although Dale was not an easy person to work with, his techniques were pretty good whereas Lisa is just a complainer and a whiner and needs to just leave. I am not a fan of Lisa's.
I don't think Spike should have been gone for last night. He didn't participate in the chef process. I don't think they have ever let anyone go from the front of the house.
Steven from season one was let go, because he spent more time worrying about being 'top sommelier' rather than 'top chef'. Can't remember which challenge it was, but that was the reason, he spent too much time in the front of the house, rather than work on his dish.....then again, did Spike even HAVE a dish last night???? They did more BPM than anything!
I can't STAND Lisa. I also don't think Dale should have left, and frankly, I applauded his btch comment last night. Fan favorite for me would be Stephanie or even Richard. I like both.
