She's great. And surprisingly cute
The show is built around interesting characters and I'm happy to say, so far their stories work out. I'm kind of glad I missed the start of season 3, I'll be able to binge watch it when I get to it eventually

Season 3 is shaping up to be really good!

Finished season 1.

They killed 1! I don't like that, he was the one with the most interesting background.

I think that they really upped their game. Without the seriousness of The Expanse, Dark Matter is giving it a run as the prime jewel in a reformed SyFy network

I watched several episodes of the first season because of the enticing title of this thread ... can't say I like any of the characters, no endearing qualities.

Like Firefly they were world building, it is really paying off for me now. The show has gone from will watch to something to look forward to and sometimes re-watch to find the easter eggs

I really hope they renew for season 4.

We're watching it too, based on the recommendation in this thread. Overall, we really enjoy it, but there are plenty of episodes that fall flat with poor dialogue, wooden acting etc. Very inconsistent, but as others have pointed out, this is a generally low budget Sci Fi offering.

Neither my husband nor I missed 1 leaving the show. He was kind of a bore. I get he was supposed to the the show's Moral compass, but the wuss factor was too high for our tastes. Even as the real Jace Corso, he's not really believable. I like the Android best, followed by 3. He gets all the best lines...

The first season was good. I tried watching the second season and got bored after two episodes.

Yeah, the first few episodes of the 2nd season is where we noticed a rather precipitous decline. It gets better, so we'll probably stick with it.
