Overall that Youtuber made his points clear about how he is somewhat disappointed with the series in the later seasons. I agree some with what he says. I'm now reading the first book. I probably would agree more with him if I were a previous reader of the books.

About the only regular commentary on GOT from Youtubers that I have enjoyed is Emergency Awesome.

Why assume that the NK wants to kill Cercei? Maybe he just wants a Queen and sees potential there. Cercei is an opportunitist and if the NK offered to protect her family she might switch sides. This is not my theory, other fan sites have brought this up. This could set up several new story lines and an unexpected future for Westeros.

I was joking when I said he was coming for her. Could be the Walkers are just fulfilling the destiny of why they were created, and since humanity is always the biggest threat to the planet (and each other) wherever they are, their wiping it out doesn't necessarily make them a true evil.

White Walkers were created about 8,000 years ago, by the Children of the Forest from a First Man.

The Targaryans came from Valyria somewhere between 800 and 300 years ago.

Some discussion was going on earlier about the wall keeping the Wildlings away, as well as the Wights and Walkers.

Of course, in Episode 1, there was the Night's Watch guy that got nearly to Winterfell before being apprehended by Stark's men.
And in later episodes, the Wildlings talk about when they came around to raid the northern villages, and there is the story line where Osha's party came upon Bran.
So, while the Wall was never impenetrable. It did keep the majority of Wildlings in the North, and was a formidable defense against an invasion. Without that Dragon, it would have taken much more time for the Walkers' army to get south of The Wall.
Now the sh gets real. I do hope the writers can come up with something a little more creative than "The Battle of the Bastards"

Meanwhile I am going back through all the previous seasons to catch up on some stuff I missed. Like where did Euron come from. I seemed to have missed that part. I really am looking forward to seeing his demise. He reminds me of a fellow in highschool that made my life miserable. I want to see him get toasted, but not too quickly.
