Big Love and Six Feet Under (but I'm guessing that's been longer than 10 years now?). Also love the Hand Maiden; Elizabeth Moss communicates more with her facial expressions than any actor/actress I can imagine, with the possible exception of Meryl Streep. I can watch her all day. She is one incredible actress.

Aside: I think part of Game of Thrones legacy will be determined by this last season. And based on everything so far, there's no reason to think it won't finish strong. But if somehow they drop the ball, it can tarnish GoT's sterling (and well-deserved) reputation. Breaking Bad is an example of a show that was considered excellent, then finished with a last season so good, it cemented its place in history as one of the best of all time. I'd love to see GoT do the same.
Notice how all the best were during the late 2000's/early 2010's? Hopefully TV didn't reach its peak and we get some kind of revival.

Shameless hasn't gotten a lot of mentions.

Another extremely repetitive show that I've seen every episode of.
