Breaking Bad was a better series start to finish. Never a bad episode, tremendous story, great characters, etc. And the last episode was probably the best finish to a series I've ever seen.
LOST was the most addicting show I've ever watched. It seemed everyone I knew couldn't wait to talk about each episode--the numbers, the hatch, the Others, the Smoke Monster, yada yada. It could have been a little tighter, writing-wise, and the ending was very good, but not great. But there has never been a show, before or since, with the power to hook you like LOST.
I also loved Lost but was so upset at the ending with so many loose ends. Pooh!
I'm going to say Eureka. Although it began in 2006 which is a bit outside the 10 year limit, most of its run was within the last 10 years (2006-2012). Also, Sanctuary (2008-2011), and the Flash (2014-present).
I would have to put The Big Bang Theory because it's the most successful show on my list, and it's the best sitcom since Seinfeld. There were many shows that I liked (ex Revolution) that cut and run after a season or two.

I have to agree with you about LOST, but the last few seasons dipped in quality. Another show that comes to mind is The Office. I mostly liked it with Steve Carell but after he left, I didn't care about it that much. There were times when he was a bit annoying but I enjoyed every episode of him.
