You beat me to it. If I can't sleep, I'll watch episodes of The Joy of Painting with Bob Ross on YouTube, on my phone. I almost always fall asleep before the end.

I fall asleep just thinking about watching Bob Ross. One thing that gives me a good feeling is the theme song at the beginning of Cheers. It is a great theme song and you just know a good show is coming behind it.

Old Radio! They should bring it back. I guess now we have podcasts but its so much work to find one you want to listen to.

Add me to the Frasier list as well.

Also, Desperate Housewives on Hulu.

Even tho I don't have stress, tension, anxiety, worry, pressures of any kind, big or small
...as I know all too well people do...and my friends and family have...
still I can remember decades ago when I did...sort of...
so I can still play along...I would chose watching Buffy and Angel....I luv their little world.
Cordelia and Willow and the gang... I smile just thinking of them...and that Joss Wheden the creator...all so adorable.

HGTV - House Hunters, Fixer Upper, Property Brothers. Frasier, Big Bang Theory, the lite X-Files episodes, MASH, Haven (SYFY), Last Man Standing, Fringe - a lot of stuff I've seen over and over so I know what is going to happen so no anxiety. I actually have an anxiety disorder so this is very common for me. I watch these shows where I "know" and like the characters and it relaxes me.

Second Frasier. And I really love Lucy. But if doesn't stream. So I haven't seen it in a long time.

Gilmore Girls or one of the three middle ST series...V, NG, and DS9.

Nature shows, cooking.
History shows.

The Weather Channel.
Except when a hurricane is looming. Not so relaxing then...

Hmmm, maybe that's why I am still awake? Crunch time is getting closer and closer and I have TWC on.
