Best;
Major Carver, going from a bent detective to Real Police in the Bunny Colvin mode.

Snoop still scares me, the season opening buy a nail gun when she dropped her mask stays with me

Bubbles for maintaining civility even as an addict in that place.

Least:
Brother Mouzone seemed even more unbelievable as the untouchable muscle than Omar did who at least went into hiding and was protected like Robin Hood when not ripping and running.

Shown out of the game working at a shoe store with just a minor drug jail term and surviving Snoop going after him, Poot still needs to pay for the murder of Wallace

Omar Devone Little played by Michael K. Williams. Was my favorite.

Remember his whistling "The Farmer in the Dell" ?

Hard not to like Omar, Avon, Prop Joe and those guys who played by "old school" rules. In that respect, my favorite scene in the series is at the end when Slim Charles kills Cheese for going behind Prop Joe's back and going against the "rules" of the game.

Marlo was tough to believe as a ruthless killer since everyone else did his dirty work, but in that final scene where the beats the dudes on the corner single handedly we see where he got his rep.

I liked Cutty's side story also.

Yeah, Omar is definitely up on the list. I can't hear Farmer in the Dell without thinking of him. Same wiuSnoop and nail guns.

If you look up the prequels, there's a few short scenes showing Omar and Prop Joe as kids.

Did anyone else have trouble understanding many of the conversations?
Maybe it's the sound on my TV, but I lost a lot of the show from not making out what they were saying.

Any particular characters or just in general? It's kinda hard to understand some of the wire calls bc of the codes/slang and people like Bubbles have a weird dialect but overall, idr a problem.

A few of the characters have a thick, Baltimore accent and it is difficult to understand. I didn't like Marlo or Chris Partlow and believe or not I couldn't stand McNulty. I didn't like Avon's sister. I didn't like Kima after she betrayed her fellow officers.

I liked Bubbles, Boadie, Stringer Bell and of course, Omar.

Snoop was despicable but you couldn't turn away when she was on.

Loved Bunk.

Wasn't a big fan of Bubbles's junkie buddy that ODed.
