I liked the most recent episode. The Tyler/Burnham interaction was well done. Actually, I got a kick out of the many times and ways Mudd killed Lorca.

Yes, it was a fun watch. Interesting though they went to a "time travel" episode fairly quick. Although the whole Abrams Trek universe starts out with time travel - an oldie but goodie plot.

The actor who plays MUDD is excellent. Very much inline with the original TOS MUDD. I have a feeling though we haven't seen the last of Harcourt Fenton Mudd!

Love this weeks episode. I can't believe we're already almost at the mid-season break...Wish they could've taken the break to at least thanksgiving.

Well, no.

TOS played loose and comical with subjects that are not considered very funny today. If the plots of "I, Mudd" and "Mudd's Women" were remade today, the production would have to make sure Mudd was as bad as he's portrayed by Discovery, not a comedic character.

With regard to the latest episode, the Palavans (or what ever) are starting to look very Organian to me.

I'm not sure what game L'Rell is playing (or was attempting to play). I can't see someone like her defecting unless it gets her further down the path she had in mind for Voq.

The show wasnt on last week and doesnt seem to be on this week,is that all there is ?.I'm trying to like this show but if that was it for season one i'm not impressed as it will take more than 6 shows to grow on me.

If you've noticed regular season first run episodes have declined in number over the last several years and many shows now separate the season into two sections.

There were 9 episodes (not 6) for this first half of season 1.
