Don't know if it's been mentioned yet, and I'm sure there are others I would like to add - but what about Orange is the New Black? I love their theme song.

(fun fact: the women featured in these credits are actual inmates; and IIRC the REAL Piper Chapman is also one of the faces)

Archer - the theme song and credits song are the best things about that show.
The Adventures of Pete & Pete - Hey Sandy . it's just a great song.

Off the top of my head either Star Trek Trek: The Next Generation or 1990's X-men animated series.

So many good ones, but today my pick is St. Elsewhere by Dave Grusin. (Once heard him do it live in concert, by the way.)

I don't know if I enjoyed it most, BUT the theme song to Dallas is just cozy to me.
