That was my guess too. But I'm glad for this topic, because without it I would never have known about this version of the show at all.

I watched a few episodes and the cast is great. The chemistry is perfect and each guy brings something special to the show. I do wish they were in places other than Georgia. My favorite episode so far is the one with the Indian guy with the long hair.

Thanks for this thread. I enjoyed the original show SO much and, when I heard about the re-boot, I figured it couldnt possibly be as good. Most re-boots arent. So I wasnt going to watch it and be disappointed. But I'll give it a try.

I've watched the 3 first episodes and they are really good. Every bit as good as the original though certainly different, as it is a different time.

You won't be disappointed. I was hesitant to watch but I'm glad I did. I just wish there were more episodes.

That’s the thing about Netflix series in general which I absolutely. The episodes might be longer than network television, but there are a lot fewer of them.

I’m hoping since the season seems particularly short they’ll add a second season sooner.

I never watched the first series but am loving the reboot. So far I've seen 4 episodes and I find them to be very emotional. The guys are sweet and the subjects of the makeovers seem genuinely moved.

Mentioning the previous cast..... I've seen Jai Rodriguez on several TV shows in dramatic roles. He turned into a pretty decent actor. I have not yet seen this version. I thought it was coming to network TV. I'll pull it up on Netflix and give it a try.

I loved, loved, loved the original version -- and the original guys. I havent had a chance to watch the new version yet. I, too, thought it was coming to network TV.

I watched the entire first season. Netflix did one of the best reboots so far.
