Sheldon Cooper from The Big Bang Theory because of Sheldon's social ineptness and some of the socially idiotic things that he has said and done. Also, Sheldon is the first character(so far) to make both the lists.

Joey from Friends. The episode where Phoebe attempts to teach him French is almost rage- inducing.

I generally hate the stupid character on any given sitcom but I LOVE Michael Scott and Dwight in spite of themselves.
